How much is the deposit?
The deposit is two months’ base rent.
Is the room furnished?
Some rooms are furnished and others are not. A fridge and hob are always provided. During your visit, we can discuss what is included and what else we may be able to provide.
Can I bring a pet?
Out of consideration for other residents, pets are not allowed.
Can I rent for one semester?
We prefer full-year rentals. Exceptions may be possible for some rooms; please ask during your visit.
