How much is the deposit?
The deposit is two months’ base rent.
Is the room furnished?
Some rooms are furnished and others are not. During your visit, we can discuss what is included and what else we may be able to provide.
Can I bring a pet?
Out of consideration for other residents, pets are not allowed.
Can I rent for one semester?
We prefer full-year rentals. Exceptions may be possible for some rooms; please ask during your visit.
